Yoga gives us space and time to journey into the simplicity of breath and movement, thus connecting with ourselves. Bri. Shobana, Assistant Professor at Amrita Darshanam, Amrita University, teaches yoga and meditation classes at all levels and for all ages, in Amritapuri, throughout India, and around the world in countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and in Europe, offering yoga and meditation workshops for global peace and harmony. She combines deep philosophy with expert anatomical knowledge in a way that gives easy access to this millennia-old tradition for Westerners and Indians alike, even those with no prior experience.
