On February 27, 2017, in connection with the Kumbha Bharani celebration at Anappuzha Sree Kurumba Bhagavathy Temple, our Amrita Bhajan troupe presented a heavenly performance of devotional music to a devoted gathering in the new hall of the temple. The audience found the Veda suktas and devotional songs very soothing; they also found the short moral story and meditation time to be uplifting. The group joined the celebrations until the end, and were given a grand sadya. They gifted an attractive colourful cloth bag along with a sapling to the president of the Kshetra Bharana Samithi.
